I have literally just received a Whatsapp message from Maria saying she is in love. It seems Cupid has worked his magic on her... Oh yes.


Maria is in love, not with some handsome, dreamy-eyed looking boy, but with these pink pair of brogues she found on sale at a shop called Hakei (www.hakei.com) in downtown Madrid. She immediately sent me a photo of the shoes and is in now in the process of spending her savings on them. Talk about love at first sight.

I had lunch today with a cousin of mine who has two young children, one of whom was running around when I arrived at the house. He is only 20 months old and is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time. I dedicate this post to all beautiful little boys and girls, but specially to the little piece of sunshine that light up my day today!

I love, love, love Cath Kidston.
